Sometimes a few words are enough to shift the way we see the day.
Lately, it feels like life is playing the “let’s see how much you can handle before your coffee goes cold” game. It’s relentless: school runs, work deadlines, a never-ending parade of things to clean, fix, or find (how do socks keep disappearing?). But buried in the exhaustion is a gentle reminder—this season, for all its chaos, won’t last forever. The tantrums, the mess, the to-do lists—they’re here for now, and then they’re gone. I try to remind myself (on the good days) that even the hard moments are part of the story I’ll miss someday. So I breathe a little deeper, maybe even laugh at the madness, and remember: nothing lasts forever—not even the mess.
