Sometimes a few words are enough to shift the way we see the day.
This one doesn’t ask—it accuses. Gently, but still. It reminds me that my life isn’t just shaped by big moments or sweeping plans, but by the dozens of tiny choices I make before noon. Snoozing the alarm. Choosing silence over saying what I need. Picking Instagram over introspection. And honestly, not all those tiny choices are ones I’m proud of.
But here’s the twist: they’re all evidence. Of what matters. Of what I value (or say I do). Of the life I’m choosing, whether or not I realize it. And if I don’t like what the sum is adding up to? That’s on me—and that’s also fixable.
