There’s something funny about human nature—we all think we’re exceptions. We like to believe we’re the plot twist, not the predictable.
But today’s Thought of the Day puts a mirror in front of that illusion:
Most people are like most people.
Most of us follow patterns, follow crowds, follow trends—because it’s easier, because it’s familiar, because we were never really taught to question it. But once you notice the sameness, the repetition, the echo chamber of behavior—it’s hard to unsee.
It doesn’t mean we’re doomed to be carbon copies. It means we have to choose not to be. And that choice starts with paying attention. To your thoughts. Your habits. Your default responses.
Ask yourself today:
Are you living on autopilot? Or are you actively becoming someone unlike most people?
