Sometimes a few words are enough to shift the way we see the day.
Carl Jung once wrote, “In each of us there is another whom we do not know.” That line has been living rent-free in my head all day — and it’s making me wonder who’s actually been answering my emails.
Isn’t it wild to realize that part of us — a real part — is tucked just beneath the surface, making decisions, pulling strings, and whispering in our ears without ever stepping into the spotlight? Sometimes it’s the version of us we’re not proud of. Other times, it’s the one with surprising strength, or quiet wisdom we didn’t know we had.
The hardest part? That stranger inside us isn’t some villain to be conquered. It’s more like a roommate you never knew you had… who’s been doing your dishes, messing up your plans, and occasionally saving your life.
