Sometimes a few words are enough to shift the way we see the day.
Zig isn’t just talking about mindset here—he’s talking about mindfuel. If your brain is stuck in loops of worry, self-doubt, or junky noise, maybe it’s not your thoughts that are broken—it’s your input. Just like we don’t expect great health from gas station sushi, we probably shouldn’t expect clarity from doomscrolling, gossip, or internet rage.
I’ve been trying to upgrade what I consume—not just food, but words, ideas, even the tone of my inner voice. Some days it’s a book. Some days it’s a walk without headphones. But always, it’s a conscious choice.
