Let’s Be Honest… Would You Really Go?
It’s easy to say yes when the question is hypothetical and the rocket isn’t waiting outside. But really—would you?
Would you strap yourself into a metal capsule, leave everything familiar behind, and launch into a black sky just to get a glimpse of Earth from above?
I would. No question.
Not because it’s cool (though it is), but because I can’t think of anything more perspective-shifting than seeing this tiny blue planet from afar. To float in silence, surrounded by stars. To watch a sunrise that no one else is watching. To understand, just for a second, how fragile and rare this whole thing really is.
Astronauts talk about the overview effect—the feeling of seeing Earth as a single place without borders or divisions. Just one home. One people. One shot to get it right.
And I want that feeling. I want to know what it’s like to carry it back down with me.

What About You?
Would you go to space if you had the chance?
What would hold you back? Fear? Family? Finances? Or maybe you’re someone who doesn’t need to leave the Earth to appreciate it. That’s valid too.
But if the offer was on the table, no strings attached, just you and the stars… would you say yes?
