I’ll be honest fried chicken is my go-to, but fried pickles have a special place in my heart. They’re crunchy, salty, and somehow feel like the guilty pleasure version of a vegetable.
But sometimes questions like this tell us more than we expect. Food connects to memory, comfort, and nostalgia. A basket of fried shrimp might remind you of the shore. An order of onion rings might take you back to late-night diners after high school games. The fryers are really cooking up memories as much as meals.
