Every day is an opportunity to look inward, ask something new of ourselves, and draw strength from a fresh perspective. Thatâs exactly what weâre doing hereâone Thought of the Day and one Question of the Day at a time.
If you’re new here, welcome to the space where curiosity meets reflection. If you’re not, you know the drill: Letâs see what today brings.

Thought of the Day: “Never allow a struggle to turn your sky into a ceiling.” â Kristen Butler
Thereâs something powerful about this quote. It reminds me that we can either treat struggle as a wall, or a window. We can let it box us in, or we can let it break us open.
Struggles have a way of distorting our perspective. They shrink possibilities, lower our gaze, and trick us into thinking the skyâthe one full of dreams, opportunity, and fresh startsâis now a ceiling.
But ceilings are man-made. Skies are not.
So today, if you’re in the middle of something tough, remember this: the struggle isnât your limit. It’s the climb. And the sky is still there, waiting.

Question of the Day: What sound do you look forward to hearing each Spring?
Birdsongs. The crack of a Baseball bat. The soft crunch of sneakers on dry trails again. The hum of a lawnmower in the distance. The first screen door slam of the season. Thereâs a soundtrack to Spring, and itâs different for everyone.
Itâs wild how sound can stir memory like nothing else. Whatâs the sound that lets you know youâve made it through winter?
Let me know in the comments below. Your answer might just jog someone elseâs favorite memory.
