Cats can be, well, cats. We have two cats rescued from two different places more than a year apart.
Our first cat, had never really known another animal because a friend of my wife found him in the parking lot at a bar one cold night. Dak, was probably just a few days old when he was found.
Our second cat, Charlie, was rescued from the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter in Bridgewater. He was about a year old when we adopted him and was a spur of the moment adoption.
My wife and I had briefly discussed getting a buddy for Dak in the hopes that he would be less of a pain in the neck, naughty, knocking things over just to get your attention type of cat. Still, she was shocked when I came home with a second cat.
The way these two cats get along is something to behold. I wish I had recorded their first interaction but I was hoping they were not going to have a fight in the living room. (Dak bopped Charlie square in the forehead twice. And Charlie just sat there staring like “Bro, why?”)
Anyhow, these two get along like best brothers. So enjoy 45s of our cats playing.
