Thought of the Day: If you are hoping to make a living as a pretty good violinist, you were born in the wrong century.

Sometimes a few words are enough to shift the way we see the day.

This one reminds me that “pretty good” doesn’t always cut it, not in music, not in work, not in adulthood. To stand out now, you either need excellence or creativity in carving out your own niche. It’s less about being “the best” and more about being unmistakably you.
