Sometimes a few words are enough to shift the way we see the day.
Pascal isn’t saying silence is golden—he’s saying it’s foundational. And he’s not wrong. Silence can be deafening when it leaves you alone with your own thoughts. But maybe that’s the point. If we can’t sit with ourselves, how are we supposed to sit with the world?
