Sometimes a few words are enough to shift the way we see the day.
This one always stops me in my tracks. It’s easy to feel helpful when you’re rescuing someone in crisis—but harder (and braver) to ask why the crisis keeps happening in the first place. Are we solving the problem or just patching the symptoms? Today, I’m thinking about the difference between reacting and rebuilding.
